We Have to Start Somewhere!

Do you ever feel overwhelmed or un-inspired? Like Nike says, Just do it. You ask, do what? Do anything! As long as you START something that actively engages your focus. Stop, think and look around.  I am sure there are plenty of things that you can do that are productive and positive.  It doesn't have to be anything big, as long as it is something that gets you active.  It is a proven fact that when we become physically active and moving our bodies, our minds follow.  The more active you become, the more focus your mind has.  The more you focus and being active "doing" and accomplishing, the more you want to achieve.  The more motivated you become to achieve more.  After a while, you will become more in control of your mind and thoughts because accomplishments lead to positive thinking.  As you accomplish small things, you will naturally increase and accomplish bigger things.  If you have been unfocused or focusing on the wrong things,  get up now and "DO" something! Let's find our focus and regain control of our body, mind and life!
