Where do I start?

This is often the question that we ask ourselves when we are trying to start over or make a change.  The answer is very simple.  You start with YOU! Grab a pen and some paper and make a list of what you want.  When you are done with your list, prioritize the items in order of most important to least important.  Once you have prioritized the list, start with the top and gradually cross off items on the list.  Your list may not be completed in one day, one week, or even one month.  But when you do complete the list, you will feel better and be on your way to being the best YOU that you can be!
